I like that they carry the main stuff like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and options for different hair types. Since the range is simple, it’s not overwhelming, but I can still usually find what I need. I just wish they had a few more scent choices...

The products themselves are fine, no real complaints there. But trying to manage my account on the website was way more irritating than it needed to be. Updating my info and finding basic settings felt harder than it should have, like everything was tucked away in some random place. I did contact customer service, and they eventually responded, but it took a while and didn’t leave me feeling super confident that they’d be helpful if something bigger came up. Not a terrible experience overall, just frustrating enough that I can’t rate it higher.
